We track sleep continuity, baseline anxiety, urge frequency, cognitive flexibility, boundary follow-through, compassion vs self-attack and social re-entry. You leave with a written plan mapped to Marbella routines, scheduled remote sessions and a relapse-prevention playbook (Life Skills & Relapse Prevention, Lifetime Aftercare).
