The Sea Recovery Retreat S.L., operating as “Sea Recovery,” is committed to provide with all the information you need about our cancellation policy before you book with us.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of Decree 28/2016, dated 2 February, regarding housing for tourist purposes, and the amendment of Decree 194/2010, dated 20 April, concerning tourist apartment establishments by the Junta de Andalucía:

In the event that the booking is cancelled by the user, the person or entity operating Sea Recovery may retain up to 50% of the advance payment if the cancellation occurs more than ten days before the scheduled date of occupancy. If the booking is cancelled within ten days of the scheduled date of occupancy, the entire deposit or any amount paid may be retained as compensation to the establishment/Sea Recovery.

Note: For the cancellation and any applicable refund to be fully effective, it is mandatory to send an email to info@searecoverycentre.com with the following details:

• Name and surname of the person for whom the booking was made
• Phone number, and ID/Passport.
• The reason for the cancellation must be stated in the body of the message.

Without this email, no claims or refunds can be made (this procedure is in place to prevent double bookings).

There will be no refund of any amount paid once you have checked into the accommodation. If you decide to leave before the contracted departure (check-out) date without a justified reason or due to a serious issue, such as breaking Sea Recovery accommodation rules, no refund will be issued.
