We are located in the private urbanisation of Sotogrande, just 30 minutes from Marbella and close to three airports: Gibraltar, Malaga and Jerez.

What does the treatment programme involve?

Our programmes at Sea Recovery are thoughtfully designed to provide clients with the highest standard of clinical and therapeutic care. We offer a blend of individual and group therapy sessions, complemented by presentations, meetings, wellbeing activities, holistic therapies, and ongoing aftercare.

How long should I stay in the programme?

The ideal length of stay varies for each individual and their unique circumstances. However, we recommend a minimum of 28 days to achieve the best outcomes. Many clients choose to extend their stay, with some remaining for up to six months for continued support and long-term success.
